APPOINTMENTS
Patients are seen in the office by appointment only. When calling, please tell the receptionist if you are a new patient and briefly explain your medical problem. We appreciate our patients being on time and do our best to keep appointments in a punctual manner. If you have to cancel your appointment, a call in advance is appreciated.

On occasion, emergency cases occur which cause delays in our schedule. As a standard policy, we will notify patients in advance that they will be delayed in seeing the doctor in these circumstances.

FEES AND BILLING
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Since we participate with many insurance carriers, including Medicare assignment, HMOs and PPOs, please feel free to contact our office to determine if we participate with your carrier. Co-payments with HMOs are expected at the time of the appointment.

As an HMO patient, you are required to present a referral from your primary care physician at the time of your visit. Only under emergency situations will we be able to see you without a primary care referral. Many carriers require pre-authorization for certain procedures, and we will assist you in this respect.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION AND ANSWERING SERVICE
We encourage you to call the office with any questions or concerns you may have during regular hours. If our staff is unable to adequately respond to your questions, one of the doctors will return your call at the earliest possible opportunity. Emergency calls are taken on a 24-hour basis.

OFFICE HOURS
Our office is open Monday through Saturday and includes evening hours.
